Bleed off fuel pressure
Disconnect negative battery cable
Disconnect fuel lines
Unplug injectors
Remove top bolt holding fuel rail down.
Remove four bolts holding down fuel rail at base
Lift up fuel rail, injectors will come up with it.
Remove injector clips (the 2 you want to change)
remove injectors
Put injectors back in (different location)
Put injector clips back on
put fuel rail and injectors back in and seat
Put 4 nuts back in place to mount fuel rail
put top mount bolt back on
plug in injectors
connect fuel lines
connect negative battery cable
clean up any fuel
turn key and wait a moment for fuel pressure to build back up.
Start engine.

why don't you try flipping that pair of IGN wires at coil. see if problem moves cylinders. we want to rule out coil absolutely before changing injectors or pulling valve cover.
