Engine install question.
My new engine FINNALY got here (41 days later). I got the old one out and everything transfered to the new one, and now I'm putting it back in the car. Do I take the engine mount off the body off the car and attach it to the engine to put it in? or do I just leave it attached to the body and put the engine in with it already there?
Also does anyone have any tips for getting the engine seated properly on the transmission? Do I need to raise the transmission any? Theres the one part in the middle that needs to line up with the torque converter and the two parts on the side that go into the holes for the bolts.

leave the mount in and drop the engine in. as for pointers do everything very SLOWLY and have a friend on hand to help you navigate the engine in. i also believe you dont need to raise the tranny well atleast i didn't during my rebuild
