Default EGR and stuff

I hooked up my car to a Solus pro engine scanner and read the information at idle. my idle is rough and sounds like a vacuum leak but cannot find any. I'm curious where the common egr leak is at for the SII?

If it'* the one between the EGR and the exhaust manifold, then you need to replace the whole EGR bracket.

Lower intake to EGR Bracket. Pipe part # 24508516. Dealer retail $24.58.
I just had to replace mine last week. Easy job. Just remove the throttle body after you drain out some coolant.

Goodluck putting the new one on without removing the throttle body. I found the new one to be a bit larger in diameter. The ends were the same size. If you remove the throttle body it'* a good idea to replace that seal as well.

I think as a temporary fix until i can afford one (as I have a crappy job and bills to pay) I will put the silicone gasket seal stuff around the crack and where the lips meet the manifolds.
