Default HELP!!

here is the problem. I start to accelerate from a light(not flooring it), at about 45 mph the car begins to vibrate, check engine light starts to blink, and the traction off light comes on. the car runs fine as long as the boost doesnt go past 0. when boost gauge passes 0 it begins to vibrate, once when it hit +3 on the boost gauge traction off light came back on and check engine light started blinking again. took the b-ville home and parked her.

what is going on?

Multiple misfires. Check the plugs, wires and coils.

Sounds like you're getting either massive KR from something (knock) or misfires due to a plug, wire, etc as mentioned.

What gas are you running? Did it occur just after a fill up?

If you haven't changed the plugs and wires lately, change those out. While you're doing it, check the coil resistances as listed in techinfo., and check for corroded terminals on the coils.

Do you think this has to do with your other post about knocking engine sounds?
