I have a 95 ssei and can tell you how mine is done. Yours is prob similar. You first need to disconnect the negative batt terminal. Then pull the plastic panel under passenger side dash. You will probably need to be upside down with your feet on the headrest and your head on the floor. Have a lil flashlight handy. The ECM is against the firewall held in by manilla colored clips. 2 or 3. Use a flathead to release clips bein careful not to break them the wiggle ECM around until it slides down to the floor. You may have to pull the chip out of the bad one unless you purchaesd a new chip with the new ECM. Installation is reverse of this.
