The 4t60 was mated to the 3.4 DOHC, 3800, caddy 4.9l, 3.1l & 3100.
After searching briefly on 60degreev6 it seems the 2.8l has the same bolt pattern as the other 60 degree v6. Not 100% though.

The 2.54cyl, 2.8, 3.1, 3100, 3400, 3800 all have the same bell housing as far as fwd cars go. I believe the 3.4 Camaro engine also does but starter has to be moved to the other side. Not sure about the Camaro 3800'* though. Some of the other S10,15'* had 3.1'* which also needed the starter moved and the block drilled and tapped for mounting on the other side. Dan
