Bad TPS? Help!!!
So I start the car, take off rather slow, and all of a sudden the RPM'* start to "quiver" like really bad, and i push the gas pedal moderatly and no response, i drive a little more, and then it drove fine. So i got to walmart, came back out started the car up, took off, and there it was again! So I punched the gas, and the car kicked back up immediatley. What is this? NO CODE either, no changes in oil pressure, or voltage
The pedal felt pretty unresponsive overall, but once the car stopped doing it, i couldn't get it to do it again unless i shut it off for a few mins, and turned it back on and started driving

I doubt it'* the TPS unless you have a code indicating so. Are there any codes stored?
How old are plugs and wires? It'* likely that a tune up will remedy this issue.

It just started today, after I washed my engine, and I was SO careful and I covered up all the electronics too. I used the air gun to dry everything off especially around the alternator and coils and wires! Dammit!!!

If the engine was hot when you washed it, you might have cracked a component due to thermal shock.

Today when I drove it, it, like before, started up quick, BUT like yesterday, at speeds under 20 or so under light throttle the drivetrain seems shakey, and the trans wasn't shifting quite as smooth as it did two days ago
I made sure everything was dry as a bone, and sprayed silicone on connections to drive out the moisture
And again, I have not gotton any codes

spark plug wire.
or possible sensor issue on the TB, intermittent connection or something.
I'd say spark plug wire because the lack of codes. I've been thru that one a few times. Both times I was swearing left and right it was not a plug or wire...but it was.

I think your right, because I checked them today, and one of then had some serious corrosion, I cleaned it off some, and the problem seems to have went away!
