Ok...I got the piece on and door is back together. I didn't have the fancy metal push clip to hold it on...so JB and his buddy weld came to my rescue.

It'* easy to figure out how it became disconnected. Apparently this car got whacked in the door. Then the A$%@^&#*#&$%^@$ that owned it brought it to Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck to be fixed. Mickey and Donald did a stellar job. The emblem on the D/* is 1 1/4 inches from the trim. The P/* is 1/4 like it'* supposed to be. The window had scratches in it...where they never should be. I checked and nothing is in that area. New glass shows no signs of scratching. No sounds either. I'd bet when Mickey and Donald got to this switch they said ????? where'* this go and zip tied it off.

Now thanks to a little ability and BC my door is correct on the inside and the window is scratchless.

Thanks Randman for the parts!!!

Got the window in, antenna in and the illuminated entry is fixed up.
