Post New member i think im missing some important cables?

Hey guys, new member, just bought a 93 bonnie ssei that was mid-engine swap
Engine is from a 92 ssei. i've been having issues getting it started, while consulting the haynes electrical diagram i saw 3 cables leaving the positive terminal of the battery; one straight to the starter, one on the alternator, and another to the 60A fuse for the ignition switch. I cant seem to find this last cable in my car... Am i missing a cable?
I appreciate anny feedback!

doesn't mean it has to go directly to the battery, could hook up at the starter or alt. what sort of trouble?

As soon as i hooked up the battery the horn would go off non-stop, I had to disconect them in the end. The secuirity light was staying on as soon as the battery was connected, couldn't hear any action from the fuel pump when i turned the key, starter won't crank, and furthermore none of the dash lights come on besides the e-brake and the secuirity, none of the other register at all. It seems the most common fix for the vats system on here is the resistor bypass, which I did, my resistor fell within afew ohms of my key, and still the problem persists, didn't change a thing.
Now i have built one of those circuit boards that replicate the 50Hz TDM signal to the PCM, I have yet to put that in.

I just noticed on the haynes diagram it did have that cable, my car was initially missing the alternator cable too, so i figured it might not be the only one I was missing.

doesnt sound like vats to me, it doesnt do anything with the horn i dont think. shouldnt have anything to do with the fuel pump either. i think i would get a diagram and a meter and checking what fuses power what and if you have power and ground to those things. sounds to me one of the primary wires isnt hooked up. i dont know where stuff is on a 93 but normally on that era there is a larger pink or red wire hooked to the starter post that goes to the battery, which powers the fuse box. i would look for that too.
