Default digital vs. **** climate control

I have a 94 se with the ***** for climate control. i have access to the digital one, and was wondering if they were interchangable. I heard there was some other module or something that i would need also? any thoughts...............??

As long as it'* from a 94 or later, it might work. I don't know if anyone has tried this before. There were a couple minor changes in 94, most notably with the backlighting of the panel itself. Does your access to this part allow you to 'borrow' it?

Does your car have the interior thermostat behind the little vent on the right side of the instrument panel or the 'radiation dome' in the center of the dashboard?
