Default Torqe Sequences

I am in the process of doing a full valve job on my car. I need to know two different torque sequences and specifications. First I need to know the torque specifications for tightening down the intake manifold. Second What is the sequence in which i tighten down the head bolts, and to what torque? OH yeah I just thought of another question... Are the rockers the adjustable kind, and if so how do I adjust them?

The one time I could really use the factory manuals and they're in the trunk of the car at work....

They don't look adjustable from the diagram in the book, although the L27 got roller rockers while the L67 didn't...

Also be sure that the bolt threads are clean, and apply a drop of oil to each to ensure an accurate torque reading.

i am buying new head bolts anyway, and i will probably spray them with a little WD-40, and put on some thread lock.

You need new bolts. They're stretch-torque, and only good for one use.

At the risk of sounding totally anal about this, I would do it exactly as the manual dictates, which is a drop or two of clean oil on clean threads, and that'* that. No WD-40; no thread lock. You want to get accurate torque readings and an accurate torque-to-yield turn at the end, and I wouldn't say that WD-40 or thread lock are going to help there; the thread lock in particular may give you a false reading on the wrench.
