NGK TR55 plugs
I'm not to familiar with NGK plugs but my quesiton is, on eBay I see the TR55 plugs at different pricing for different cars, eg. Camaro, Vette, Firebird, Mustang, Silverado etc. at diffenent pricing but same quantity from the same seller. Does this make sense?

Sorry if I'm off topic, but I'm getting ready to change the plugs in my L27 soon: I've been running the TR55s and have no complaints, but am wondering if I shouldn't try some Platinum plugs this time around.....Since I'm not SC'd I don't see why [other than cost] I shouldn't try them: any thoughts/comments?

I ended up buying the TR55 Online at Sparkplugs .com for 2.24 each. One of the reason was due to the reasonable shipping charges to Canada.

Which car is it going into??
Ensure not to use Platinum for your boosted car.
Copper or Iridium for boosted car. ( I'm runnin Iridium.. and so far so good.. knock on wood.. )

Frank...
Locally...they are much cheaper and you know the shipping situation...
When you say locally, do you mean local to you? Do you think 2.24 each is a bit pricey? And thanks for the shipping situation Bill, I only use that as a last resort. I order stuff every week. You should see the list of stuff I ordered for Cath'* car...
Thanks Merdock and Bill........by the way Merdock.......nice to see you back on the forum and you did have some good advice after all.

Ok, Looking to upgrade the sparkplugs and was reading though this thread.
Accordingly, I need iridium for my SSEi, correct?
http://www.ngk.com/results_app.asp?aaia=1247442
According to that, they should be $6.95 each for the NGK TR55IX gapped at .060. I would want to get these and regap them to .055, correct? Thanks.
