Default deeper than a belt issue

so uh, i barely made it home the other night because my serpentine belt fried....not a big deal....but then i realized that it was because the pulley on what seems to be the water pump or main pulley wiggles all over the place. I can just see that this sucks. I need to know what to do. Please someone advise...thanks so much.

You need to replace either the water pump or the harmonic balancer. If it is the big smooth pulley halfway down, you need to replace the water pump. If it is the even bigger, grooved pulley just below the water pump at the bottom of the engine, you need to replace the harmonic balancer.

This image is of a '95 Series II, but your '94 engine will be similar.

I assume you mean torque specs.

They are in Techinfo. Link at the top of the page. You'll need to support the engine with a jack and block of wood on the oil pan, and remove the monster torque-axis engine mount to remove the water pump bolts.

uh oh, so is this a job for someone who can diagnose cars pretty well but never seem to be able to put them back together??? how long does it take??? what other parts/gaskets etc. would I need to do the whole job??? Also I looked in the tech info for the torque specs but only saw for the supercharged engine....I can't imagine it would be the same for my SE right???

The specs for every 92-99 are there. Please read again.

If you don't have a service manual of some type, and you've never done this before, don't do it.
