so now that i have my dash in, i have a working traction control button, until today. i have been driving with it off mostly, doing a lot of burnouts. well when i went to turn it off today, it didnt do anything. i turned the car off, and started again, still dont lit up and the traction off light on the dash is always on. then today when i was leaving work tonight it worked again, turned the car on, and the light came on, and no dash lights. but within 30 secs of driving again, the light when out and the dashlight came on. i am clueless...

Yes, you have a problem with the traction control system. The dealer can pull the ABS codes for you, might be a speed sensor. Check all of the wiring to the sensors at each wheel to make sure it is not compensated.
