Default Cylinder Misfire

My SES light cam on the other day, took it to Autozone and they read it to be a P0300, Random Cylinder Misfire. Does this mean it'* not isolated to a particular cylinder?

The fuel filter, plugs and wires have been changed so I think they are all out as the problem. I tested the secondary coil leads and they were 1/4:6.07, 2/5:6.25, 3/6:6.0. I'll be testing the primary leads tomorrow.

On a side note, I have had and continue to have a sluggish response from about 1500 to 2500 RPM at times in OD.

With these 2 pieces of info, can anyone offer suggestions on what it could be?

Thanks!

To rule out ignition related items.. Get a spray bottle that will mist. (garden hose can also work)

Wait until dark..open the hood and mist down the engine. Look for the electrical show. When you see sparks jumping around...that'* the area where the issue is.

Another thing is to check for the #6 plug wire touching the O2 sensor wiring.
