Swapping injectors isn't difficult but let'* try swapping the plugs & coils instead. We see more problems with coils than injectors anyway.
Swap #1 plug with #3 & swap 6/3 coil with 5/2. Wires stay in the original position.
Ex. 6/3 wires will still go to the uppermost coil.

le sigh- weeks later.. code still there, and REALLY nothing appears to be wrong.

Plugs, wires, coils all less than a year old, and I haven't even felt the car running differently.... until a few days ago. I'll describe this as BEST as I can-

Car will run normally for a bit, then it will feel as if the transmission is shifting up and down sporadically and HARD, even when maintaining the same speed. It feels spaztic. I refer to the transmission because that is what it feels like to me, but my question is- is this what a misfire feels like? For a while I thought the code might be a fluke, but maybe I'm just misinterpreting what my car will sometimes do. These "spaztic" phases are intermittent, and I can't find any commonalities other than they always occur after the car has been running for a while.

Am I possibly describing a misfire, or is this a whole other problem altogether? I'm just wondering if I may have found a basis for this code appearing. [/i]

Kind of a silly question, but why not replace one plug? They're about a buck. I think I'd replace the plug for #3 and see what happens before anything else.
