Well it was only a matter of time....
Anyone got the PN for a cupholder for a 97?

I tried looking in my parts list.... and I found this PN 25640464.
I know there is a "redesigned" cupholder.... different PN then the org?
Can anyone confirm?

Sorry bud, no part number on it. I have the updated replacement. Ordered it through the dealer for $11 last year.

Is it a safe bet that if I order the cup holder... I will get the "updated replacement" or will I get the old one again?

You WILL get the new one. I gaurantee it. All GM stock comes from the same place. I think they fixed it back in 96 or 97.
