Default 98 Bonnie 3.8 V-6 Bank 1 Sensor 1 Location

I am replacing the H02 Sensor for Bank 1 Sensor 1. Does anyone know the exact location? Is it the front (closest to the radiator) or rear sensor? Any help is appreciated.

I believe that is the sensor in the exhaust manifold, just before the firewall.

A gearhead will read this and should be able to confirm.

I believe there are 2 H02 Sensors on this engine. One near the radiator (front) and one on the exhaust manifold near the firewall. I am not sure which is Sensor 1 Bank 1.

Bank one sensor one is in your REAR exhaust manifold. It'* the only one that matters. The one behind your catalytic converter just sniffs the exhaust to see if the Cat is doing it'* job. Look down the back side of the engine near the firewall and you'll see a spark-plug looking thing sticking out of the rear exhaust manifold right before the downpipe union. That'* it.
