Default '95 ssei with series II SC engine?

Hello, this is my first post. Today I put a deposit down on a mint '95 ssei with only 59K miles. It has a series II SC engine, but from everything I read, I thought they didn't start the series II in the supercharged cars until 1995. The VIN is 1G2HZ5212S4230568. thanks. Larry Larson

The engine may have been replaced. Are you getting this info from the engine cover? Or some place else?

Boy am I embarrassed. Nowhere on the engine does it say "series II'. I'm not old enough to have altzeimer'* and I don't do drugs, so I don't know why I thought I saw what I thought I saw. I bought the car, and am very happy with it. I've been looking at used Bonnevilles for a long time and I've never seen one this nice. I apologize to all of you who spent time helping me out. This was not the best way to start out on this forum, but hopefully I can act less like a dope in the future! Larry
