Default Is this typical of the LIM gasket?

Over the weekend, I changed the LIM gasket (I couldn't have done this without the help of this website). Is this typical of how the gasket blows out, or is this an extreme case?

I was thinking they looked a little like they got cooked. Was there a over heating problem?

It has 130k, but the problem started around 110k.

It was overheating also, but the temp gauge wouldn't show it happening. I changed the sensor also.

GM'* Dexcool coolant attacks the gaskets. Some people report better durability of the LIM gasket using standard coolant (which I am using now), so far so good.
