Default ABS and Traction control?

I´m having big problems with ABS and traction control, these are engaging all the time without any lights lightning up.
ABS is engaging at normal stops and traction control at every launch and still no warning lights :(
Front hubs have been changed.
How can I diagnose the wheel speed sensors by my self? (my authorized dealer doesn´t have a scanner to do this...and I´m not sure there is anyone here in Sweden that have that equipment)

Any suggestions are appritiated

/Mikael

There may not even be a machine in Sweden. I'm not sure how to do it without a machine. You could always go under the hood and pull the relays for the ABS and Traction control. They arnt needed.
