Codes where are you?
My bonnie started acting funny again for a few minutes this morning with the engine skipping loss of power. The engine light came on so I took it to Autozone on the way home. They hooked up their orange colored scanner and turned my key on and nothing happened. He said my connector must be busted? He hooked it up to his jeep to show me what its suppose to do. My car is running fine and by the time I got home I noticed the light went off. What the hell should I do? Is there a certain procedure to get the car in diagnosis mode? Any help is much appreciated. Time for a nap!

I seriously doubt that the connector is busted... Did the tool show an error, like ( unable to communicate " or something of that nature?
What happens is the tool actually communicates with the car... He should not have had any issues ...
I have the same problem with my friends car, the PCM will not talk to the scantool the way its supposed to... Too many errors and flaws... I get some info, but not enough to tell me anything...
I wonder if a GM dealership would have the same issues with a Tech 2 scantool?

They were able to scan my 95, but only after they played with their fisher price tool for a minute.
Most likely they had zero clue and didn't set it up properly on your car.

If they were using the scantool, all they had to do was tell the tool that is was a 95 GM, and poof it will read the hybrid 95 bonnie PCM..
