I've got an update about this. I took it to a AT place that specializes in front wheel drive cars and I described the symptoms and told me that it wold need to be overhauled.

He said that he had tried changing tcc'* out before but it didnt work so now he just rebuilds them all. He said it has 125k miles on it anyway, it needs to be rebuilt. I didnt except this to say the least.

The car doesnt shift hard, the tranny doesnt clank or rattle or lose fluid AT ALL. I asked him if he had scan tools to check to see if the pcm was engaging the tcc solenoid correctly and he said that it wasnt my pcm and that I needed it rebuilt. Quoted it at 1500-1800 us.

Hmm... I'm going somewhere else tomorrow...until they give me a satisfactory answer.

Thanks again for your helps guys without you I would...well Istill wouldnt get it rebuilt, but at least I know what I am talking about.. lol
Thanks again
