As odd as it sounds, I've actually had 2-3 mechanincs tell me since I started this post, that the intake gaskets are a good place to start. I didnt believe it at first, but we will find out as I plan on doing them soon. Just gotta make sure I have everything I need before I start, so I'm not making trips to the auto parts store every 10 minutes, or having to wait for gaskets / parts that arent in stock, etc..

I will post if it solves the problem or not here.

Alot of people talk about the loss of vaccum in the manifold when you are under WOT, but what about the SSEi'*? They have no vaccum pressure, but a positive presure. How would the CC handle this? There is a vaccum tank under the hood somewhere that stores vaccum for things like the brakesk CC, and emisions stuff.
