Ok i'm goin to get an oil change today so im wondering how to do the seafoam engine clense.

Wich vacuum line do i suck it into?
How much should i use(some people here say 1/3 can and others say 3/4)
and what are the steps involved

Find a vacuum line on the intake downstream of the throttle body. Start the car and suck up 1/3 of the can into the vacuum line. Let the motor bog down. Shut the ignition off and let the car set for 15 to 30 minutes. Dump the remaining SeaFoam into the gas tank. When you start the car back up, you have a dickens of a time keeping it running for the first few seconds. Let the car run until the smoke clears. You may want to take it out for a few WOT runs, just to clear it out better. Drain the oil and replace the filter and you are good to go!

I read that 1/3rd should go to the gas, 1/3rd to the crank case (through oil cap) and 1/3rd to the intake manifold... (not trying to disagree but I was interested in doing this as well and was browsing around)

And don't you need a friend/sucker to keep the RPM up around 2 while you're sucking it in through the vacuum line? The easiest vacuum line would be right off the brake booster, no?
That tube that'* silver would be the one, right? Except it wouldn't be silver it would be black rubber.


Another tip I read was that you should put the seafoam in the gas tank then fill the tank with about 7-9 gallons of gas to mix it up.

Don't use the brake booster, use a vacuum line on the intake manifold or SC by the throttle body. You can keep the RPM'* up by opening the throttle body by hand while you ingest the SeaFoam.

You asked for a way to SeaFoam the engine and I provided that in a post above. If you found another way to do it and you want to use that instead, then feel free to do so. There is no need to do it two separate ways. The way I mentioned above worked wonders for me and many others on this forum.

Add the remaining SeaFoam to the gas tank, with at least 1/4 to half a tank of gas. Then fill up as normal.

I'm in the same boat as this guy on the vacuum line so I tried a google search for where the vacuum lines are that should be used and I kept getting results back to use the brake booster. Even the youtube videos I was watching had them using the booster, so I concluded that must be the vacuum line you were reffering too. (remember, car newbie here)
I posted a picture 'cuase I also have no idea where the lines are located, just trying to be helpful.
Could you perhaps post a picture indicating the vacuum lines?

I use the hose that goes to the Boost control solenoid.

But what does the boost control solenoid look like. just curious

That'* the vacuum switch on the front of the supercharger on the same side as the throttle body. It'* black and has a lever coming out and opens and closes a valve.

what is it'* purpose? and can it be modified? lol

That'* what controls how much boost the supercharger provides. No reason to modify it.
