Default groan noise when turning,sometime clicking,strut ? lube ?

ok here is a weird one 99 Park Ave at slow speed or when sitting still and making a hard right or sometimes left turn right before the point the steering comes to its full travel it makes like a binding groan noise, would this be a strut bearing mount ? Is there a way to lube it ? Also sometimes when moving at slow speed and making a right turn into a driveway it makes a clicking noise but if you touch the brakes its gone ! I looked with the wheel off and didn't notice any big chunks of rust or anything. This car is almost spotless underneath it came from Virginia and has 70k but looks brand new underneath !

strut mounts "boing" if that makes sense a groan is more power steering/rack.

it seems like the noise comes from the strut though but sometimes it doesn;t do it. Its almost like a very slight bind when the wheel is almost to the end of its travel. i also sometimes hear a clicking noise when turning into a driveway but that also doesn't always do it either. It sounds like a pc of rust clicking on the rotor but I don't see anything....

could it be the power steering popits opening? if thats it then its normal, they open at full steering travel to relieve preasure.

Have you checked your power steering fluid level?

fluid level is perfect and stering is very quiet. sometimes its a right turn sometimes a left sometimes it doesn't do it at all ??? If you sit in the garage and turn it quick all teh way to the left you get to about 1/4 turn away from full turn and you feel and hear a slight bind like feel then it turns easy the rest of the way to stop. i still think strut ??
