I have been thinking about getting a chip and i want to ask some q'* first.
-What is the best chip for my 93 se
-is there one available(i checked jet and they don't make one for my se, but they make one for the sse, isn't it basically the same thing?)
-how much am i going to be spending?
-is there a link that i can check one out at?
thanks for all the help!

First of all, do your exhaust first. Most chips are tuned for exhaust and intake, bare minimum. Jet did make a chip for the SE and SSE, but quit producing them recently. Superchips makes one, contact Allmachtige or Pontiac1983 for details.
