Default Need help with Bright High Beam aim?

I can not get my High Beams to line up they both point at the sky anyone that can help me out here with this would be great. I tried to align them and it placed my low beams way out of whack. My low beams and fog lights are mostly right on the money. Its just my High Beams are screwed up! Is it possible that I may have put the bulbs in wrong? or do they only fit one way? Thanks all

To my knowledge, the whole headlight moves as a unit, lows and highs. Check to make sure the bulbs are in correctly. Here'* a write up on aiming the lights.

Thanks Dan,
Could have I put the bulbs in wrong? I mean does the housing their in allow them to be put in upside down? I am not sure its late and I am tired I got the headlights today and put them in the car tonight and they look great! Its just my high beams are way screwed up and maybe I just put them in wrong? Well thanks for your help and I will look at your write up thanks.
