This can warp the heads... But I have known 3800'* to hold up very good to some overheating... If we or you were to pour cold water into a burning hot engine than we may have some issues with cracking or warping the heads...

If this happens to any of you, please pull over and allow the engine to cool down a bit, before 260F... and allow the engine to cool before adding coolant..
