Once I saw mine, I said forget trying it myself and took it to the dealer. Luckily I had just bought the car (used), and the dealer was cool enough to throw it on for free for me. I supplied the belt, they supplied the labor. The servie guy told me they had to remove the mount as well. :(
Unfortunately, that was almost 60,000 miles ago, and it probably wouldnt hurt to change it again :( This time I might do it myself, somehow...

I guess theyre must be a big diff between SSE SSEI and Se. I have an Se and mine is a snap. I mean just like a 5 minute waiting for the oil to drain jobber (Although I prolly wouldent do it while the car was on jackstands lol).

It is easy as pie and I can do it in that 20-30 min time. Use a jack to support most of the engine weight and then undo the obvious bolt you will find there is a hollow bar that comes off and this is where to do it. And for that matter you could undo the entire mount and call it done just as fast.
