well, good news. Me and my dad changed the gaskets with Fel-Pro'*, and everything went well. I cleaned the valve covers till they were spotless. The leak is gone, on both covers. It was leaking under both. We also changed the spark plug wires. The car is running great with this tune-up and the one we did last weekend. Now i just have to change the oil.

Incorrect statement - my SSEi has a 3800 supercharged, the valve cover gaskets are different - and $50. Also, you have to remove a WHOLE bunch of stuff on the supercharged car to get to the rear one. I already did the front one a week ago, will be doing the rear gasket hopefully this weekend. - probably a 3 hour job for me - a 2 hour job for a professional (according to my buddy who works in a shop - that is what his system told him)

We always encourage forum visitors to verify and validate the info in posts that are not made by a "Gearhead" or someone who has the same make, model and trim of the vehicle in question and has actually done the work they are posting about. This is not an issue of questioning a persons integrity or desire to help, but has everything to do with taking the information you receive and using that as a staring point for further research and verification.
