Cooling System Issues.
M'kay, My car seems to like to lose coolant somehow... Can't figure out where it'* losing it though... It also does some crazy stuff I've never seen before, If you've got the cap off (like when you're checking the coolant weekly as I must) and you start up the car, The coolant level drop 4-5 inches in the radiator.... It also bubles out of the core, Which perplexes me a bit. But this perplexes me more, Anytime you increase the RPM'*, The coolant level drops and comes back up... What'* causing all of this?

I'm sure you'll get better advice, but here'* my 2c:
Losing coolant with no visible leaks implies an internal leak like cracked (or deformed) intake manifold, cracked head, cracked block, or head gasket water passage leaking into a cylinder or oil passage. Is the oil OK? No evidence of water in it?
The bubbling up in the radiator sounds like a blown head gasket
Hope I'm wrong!

How much coolant are you losing? When you have the cap off and you give it throttle it is normal for the coolant to drop and then come back up. This is just the action of the water pump impeller. This bubbling in the rad, are they small air bubbles or are they like largish blop type bubbles (excuse the descriptives)? Check your rad hoses for leaks when the car is running and warmed up. The coolant could be leaking only when under pressure and onto a manifold where it is steamed before it can hit the ground. Have you had the system pressure tested?

Does the car run good, miss, does the exhaust have a coolant sweet smell to it? Do you smell any coolant inside the car at any time? See any green on the ground anywhere once the engine warms up? If you fill the radiator and allow the car to warm up fully does the overflow bubble like its boiling over?
Theres Something I want you to check for me.... Pull the Alternator and check the bypass hose from the water pump to the lower manifold, also be sure to check the fitting that the hose goes to... Its very common for that fitting to degrade and fracture allowing colant to escape, if you find that that fitting is bad than you will need a new one, and the dealership will problably have a metal replacement...

I pulled the Alt and replaced the Hose even though that isn't where the leak was... I just figured while I was in there I might as well... It seems the car used to leak oil out of the top end, or someone spilled like a quart over the motor, One of the two. I'm hoping someone spilled...
Where else could it leak from? It used to leak from the TB, But I already fixed that, It isn't the bypass hose...
Hey, If I pull The ICM the look at the lower rad hose better, What the chance of breaking something?

Time Out. Gaskets? It looks like silicone.... I'ma go ahead and bet that'* it, A quick look under the hood tells me it'* about as hard as a 305, Ok now I just got to fit that into my schedule...
