hey bonnealien, it looks like your tires are on the wrong way. By the looks of that picture, those v'* should be pointing in the direction of travel when when looking at the top of the wheel.

I am the dude that started that post about the stalling on turns.

I WAS MISTAKEN. It happens on RIGHT TURNS, not LEFT TURNS, just like yours.
