Supercharger noise
For a while now my super charger has been making a kind of chung/clank noise. Do you think this is due to. A) Blown supercharger gasket. B) Messed up coupler
C) Lack of supercharger oil. D) No, your stupid it'* (correct anwser here).

Does it only make the noise when ideling or all the way thru the power band?
In most cases when you hear noise from that area but only when ideling it is in need of a new coupler. If it is makeing noise while driving you may wany to sheck nearby components like your alterantor. One of the mounting brakets for the alt gets close enough to the SC where you might have troule telling where the vibration / noise is comming from.
Just my .02

You'll know when your SC is running low on oil (or out) because it kinda sounds like a screw in a vaccuum cleaner that gets louder with more PSI. Unfortunately, if you hear that, it may be too late and you will soon hear . I learned the hard way.
Hopefully its just your coupler like the other guyz said. If the whole unit was going bad, you'd definitley hear at at higher PSI.
