95 SSE running problem**FIXED**
Hi guys,
problem is for my 95 SSE vin K
Problem:
After the car is heat soaked and running on the highway, in 4th gear over drive
the car losses all power, but does not shut off.
I'll be going up to speed and the RPM'* will drop to like idle speed and the throttle is gone, so I pull over and the car is either running really rough or running at idle fine, until I give it gas then it sputters.
or I pull over and I shut it off and let it sit for 2 minutes and start it up and its fine for two or three miles and same thing all over again.
To me it seems like a fuel starvation problem .....
The cat is not plugged either

I'm a new guy (but old guy too), but my $.02 would be all over checking fuel pressure and replacing the fuel filter. Sounds exactly like restricted flow to me. The experts will probably ask you what your pressure is and how long ago you replaced the filter.
Back to my nap.

So here is a piece of forgotten information to mention:
The last time this happened the 'engine' and 'trac off' went on and then the car did die, in fact i have been running thre car for 10 minutes in the garage and the car acted up again.
The engine light is on the trac off light is on and the car did die.
after that I tried to start the car and the car just turns over really fast, no start.
But if I wait like 5 minutes it will run fine until hot again...
you know what I bet this is a fuel pump...it has never been done to this car at 137.XXX miles
it'* due

On replacing the fuel pump.
Hardest part for me was getting the fuel out (had just filled it), since it is impossible to get a siphon hose down the long filler.
