Default Hesitation, and poor running,

I just bought my first bonneville a 94'SE i just replaced the battery, Plugs and wires this afternoon, and stopped the engine from skipping but when i give it gas at idle it almost like stumbles and then goes. I know the car was ran out of gas so i'm leaving it to the Fuel Filter. I'll be replacing that tmw. It has 109k on the odo, tranny fluid is red shifts fairly well the car is very gutless i mean i know it'* not going to be like my mothers 2003 3.8 or my fathers 04 Grand Prix but i figured i should have a little more get up and go out of the tpi 3.8 i mean it'* gutless. Could i be missing something there is no engine codes, or anything like that.

You've had it scanned?

It could be any number of things. Dirty EGR, fuel filter, fuel pressure (have it checked), crank sensor, and on and on.
