Air Conditioning help?(no not another post)
What is temp the should be coming out of the vent after it has been rerifted? My air is 57f and after checking the cavalier it put out 42f air. I am think mine should be a littlt colder maybe not 42 but at least in the high 40 or low 50 '*. I think I need to add one more can r134a

Hello,
How much freon did you put in your system? I just converted my 92 Se over to 134 and i get it down to 35 degrees. I used a good set of gauges, i vacuumed the system, changed the orifice tube and just recharged with 2.4 lbs of R134a.
Good luck,
Sellncars

Is anything good to stop the leak. OBicously leak isn't very bad ,but it get out some how originallly. Well it is the 90 here now so at least it takes some of the heat out of the air

Honestly, i wouldn't waste my time with the garbage that comes in a can. I would buy a good dye kit that comes with the black light and glass'*. Find the leak and repair it. Don't count on the garbage stop leak stuff. I've been told that they will stop up your system.
Good luck,

I know where the leak is it evapator core. I had some one diagnose the system before I started. I have been using r134a the o ring renewal and is suppose to have some form leak stop. How hard is to replace the evapator core. It is kind of expanse to replace.
