Performance wise, I'd say they are equal. If they both bolt up the same way, I can't see where it matters which one.

Default ac compressor

First compressor listed fits your 1999 non SC car. Second one fits 2000 Bonneville and Buick from 1997 on. Buick changed chassis in 1997 and Bonneville changed in 2000 so a 1999 Buick uses one compressor and a 1999 Pontiac uses another. Model 15-20453 is not listed as a V5 compressor which your car has. V5 meaning 5 cylinders and variable displacement. You need a AC Delco 15-20195 for your car.

Alignment etc will probably be off as well as the connectors may not be the same.
