Odd noises in front end
Well, the title basically gives the info. When ever I turn the wheel more than to just go around a bend ( i.e. pulling into a parking space or turning onto/off of a road) I will get a noticable clunk in the front end. It occurs more when I go from one direction to the other and the wheels are straight. It will happen at other positions, but mostly on center. After driving for awhile it seems to get less noticeable, but still present. I've checked it and the clunking does not sound like it'* coming from one wheel or the other, it just clunks. The steering feel does not feel any different, and there isn't any vibration or jerking in the steering wheel. Any assistance is appreciated.

I had the same problem. It was the sway bar(*). Sorry for the lack of details, I am not very mechanical, although, you are describing exactly the sounds I was hearing. Also, the vehicle didn't appear to handle as well. If I remember, the car rolled or swayed from left to right. I noticed it becoming worse when 5 of use loaded up the truck with golf clubs. With the extra weight in the car the problem became much more apparent. This was about 2 years ago but I don't remember the repair (I pretty sure they replaced the sway bar(*)).

If the endlinks are the problem, do I need to get a whole new swaybar, or just replace the endlinks?

I've seen on some GA'* when they break with the Suspension compressed that the end link get'* jammed on top of the CV shaft....And could wreck the boot...so that could be the problem noise you're hearing if it'* broken.
