Default For those with leather.....

Ok, so I'm 35, and this is actually (no ****) my first car with leather. Drifter, quit laughing at me....I'm getting sensitive about this.

What do you guys (and gals) use on your leather (seats, not bedroom accessories), and why? In case it matters, I have 2 kids, 8 and 12......but I put a saddle blanket down for the dog. Deathrat, I don't even want to hear about the 'GM approved' leather care products. I don't have that kind of money!

I use Simonz Leather seat cleaner and conditioner ( one bottle ).. I spray it on.. buff it in a bit.. let it sit for about 5 - 10 minutes... then buff it out ( that'* to remove any excess oil and prevents you from sliding into the passenger side while turning hard... ) ha ha ha..
7 bucks at Crappy Tire

Leather is nice. I like sliding around on Drifter'* back seat when he takes turns too sharply The only problem with leather is its sticky in the summer, freezing in the winter, and you don't get that soft fuzzy veluer stuff on your door panels like you do with cloth

If you have any dirt on that hippie, PM it to me! By the way, why do you spend so much time in Drifter'* back seat?

I use Meguires gold class leather products. They do a really good job considering how used (not what you think) my leather is. The only problem I have is when the stuff comes in the paste (or non spry type) it tends to build up in the little holes in the leather and is apain in the azz to get out.

BTW: I like the sliding thingie on the seats. Thats what the adjustable sides are for!

I told you, I like the way I slide around the back seat when he turns real quick Plus I make noises and stick my tongue out at all the people who cut him off while he is driving

Hmm, lets see, maybe you could mention something about ***** to him...if you want to make him feel a little uncomfortable
