Bottem-end rebuild for a 92 Series 1 */C
So here I am 3 months later and still haven't fixed my low oil pressure issue. It'* been to a mechanic friend who put in new bearings and did the best he could with tolerances without machining the crankshaft. One of the rods has spun again and the pressure is nearing the red zone at idle and will only get worse.
I want to do this job right this time.
The mechanic is advising to replace/fix the oil pump, crankshaft, bearings, and rear main seal. He says doing this will basically be a guaranteed fix so the engine will maintain good pressure. Here are some parts I found on rock auto. Let me know if they are the correct kind, or if I can get them anywhere else for less.
Crank Kit: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...&parttype=5292
Rear main seal: http://www.rockauto.com/catalog/rafr...&parttype=5604
I couldn't find an oil pump, just an "oil pump repair kit," which doesn't seem to have the actual pump, so where can I get one?
I've already put too much money into this engine to take a risk with a JY one, so I'm doing a bottom end rebuild and getting a good price. I want this to go as smoothly as possible and finally get some consistent pressure, any feedback would be appreciated.

Great, so I can get everything on rockauto then. If I purchase all items mentioned and they are installed properly, do you think this will fix my low oil pressure problem once and for all?? Could there be other damage done from getting low oil pressure that I should watch out for, and possibly fixed?

Also I think it'* cheaper to get my own crankshaft refinished as opposed to getting a crank kit. I'll just order the oil pump repair kit and rear main seal from rock auto. While I'm at it I'll order an engine mount because I know that'* gone out.

Does anyone think this work will not be successful in curing my low oil pressure? I don't want to throw money at something that won't last at least another few years.
