Default tire size

Hi, I have a 94 bonnie and would like to put some wide tires on it. I up graded to a 215/65/15
a few years ago. It time to put some new rubber on the car.

Anyone know how wide a tire can go on a 94. I was thinking 235/65/15

What you guys think?

I think a 245 width might be able to fit without modification

255 will fit the rear no problem and the front with slight modification to the inner fender liner. However, your 15" wheels are only 6" wide. If going wider, your best bet is getting the 16" wheels and going with the stock 225 or wider.

my 235x55R17 hit in the front a little but im just going to heat up the linner and bend it out of the way... its only hits by like a 1/4 of an inch or so.

my tires are 27.2" tall, so if you get some that are about the same you will hit, and if you go wider then you will need to mod befor you drive to far cuz it will be realy bad....

But yeah def what Wren said, if you going to that size atleast get 16" wheels if not 17"
