Vibration At high Speeds
i searched for this topic last night and i really didnt find the answer i was looking for but anyways when im at high speeds lets say anywhere above 70 and i start to brake the steering wheel shakes pretty violently anybody know whats wrong

It really sounds to me that the rotors are warped. Consider picking up a fresh set of rotors. Don't buy the AutoZone cheapies. You'll get what you pay for. I suggest going to Napa. Get a fresh set of pads too. It'* not wise to run used pads on new rotors.

Little bit o background.
The reason rotors warp are either excessive heat or the material remaining is too thin and the heat warps them.
For either reason turning or resurfacing (removing material) will only result in excessive heat and more warping.

Also keep in mind when buying new rotors, you get what you pay for... You pay for cheap( Junk ) you get Cheap ( Junk )
