Yeah, I took it out and cleaned it when I cleaned/polished the TB. Is it supposed to easily depress by hand, because it was STIFF.

My idle isn't perfect on start up even after completely cleaning and polishing (some small porting), so I'm thinking I may just replace the IAC and see if that helps.
