Default 95 Bonneville Not Starting

I have a 95 Bonneville 3800(non supercharged). Check engine light came on and car was not starting everytime or when it did it would die while idoling and while driving. Had it towed to a Tires Plus and they replaced cam sensor and crank sensor. When I went to pick it up I tried to start the car and it behaved the same way as before I took it in. The mechanic came out and tried several times. It turns over but will not start. After several tries it starts very sluggishly then died right away. Mechanic started telling me a laundry list of things that could be wrong from here. Fuel Pump bleeding pressure back into tank, ECM not grounded under driver floor....I work on computers and I know when someone starts spouting off big words to cover not having a clue what is wrong. I'm not vastly knowledgable with cars which is why I brought it in, but I can't afford $350 for two sensors that didn't change anything plus whatever elese they try to do that may or may not work. Help????

One of the first items to check is the ground distribution on the driverside under the carpet. Find the loom running along the door and taped to that loom is a retangular item. This is the ground distribution. Pull it apart and ensure it is not corroded.

Being a 95, the next area I would check is looking for fuel and spark when it won't start. Don't be content checking the schrader, put a 194 bulb into one of the injector wires or a noid light if you have them. Make sure you have spark, fuel and fuel injector pulse. One seems to be missing. This may be a bad pcm, which is usually found after fighting and looking at every other thing before changing it.
