Default bloody stalling 94 3.8

now this 1994 is getting on my ****.ok she runs fine on cold to warm temp then she hesitates around 55-60 and on comes CEL then when i start her up again off goes the CEL.autozone and advanced auto parts cant pull codes due to them bieng obd 1.5 (wtf?)
had coil packs tested they were fine, replaced plugs, plug wires.pcv valve.sprayed MAF with MAF cleaner...actually advanced auto parts did manage to pull low voltage and high voltage tps codes also egr pintle thingy?? i did pull the electrical connectors from each sensor whilst idling to see if any change so that could explain the codes coming up..also i did replace the fuel filter....now the stalling is highway speeds and it just cuts out but all dash lights/radio/etc stay on then she starts right back up it happens every 2 days or so...im leaning towards battery connectors battery end and engine end( please tell me were they are located @ engine end thanx) or CPS (crankshaft position sensor) any advice would be great its only got 150,000 on her for a 1994 thats not bad
cheers ian

Hi Ian and welcome.

Not being able to easily scan etc is a real pain. i've been there. The easiest way to know where your battery cables go exactly is to follow them. We can tell you we know one goes to the top of the maxifuse relay center on the firewall and to the starter. The ground side though went to a couple different places, one to the body behind the battery and the other side was to the engine bracket or block. But I'm not 100%, should be easy to spot.

Once you've cleaned up the battery, check the Techinfo section for the ground buss cleaning. After that, you might want to consider replacing the TPS since those are the codes you got and they can jack things up. After that I'd replace the pcm.

I had the exact same symptoms on my 01 and it was a crankshaft position sensor.
