Default Relay location needed.

I am troubleshooting my ELC (Electronic Level Control) tonight. It has never worked since I got the car. I have the wiring diagram and the trouble shooting guide. Not a problem. I ran power directly to the inflator pump and the pump works fine. I cj\hecked the fuse for the pump (#12) and it is good as well. Next step is to check power to the relay and if the relay works. I know the relay is on the fuse/relay panel in the passenger compartment. I don't have a diagram showing where this relay is. Does anyone have a diagram of this panel?

GEARHEAD! (Do you think they heard me?)

Translated: I don't have a clue, but help is on the way. My factory service manuals haven't arrived yet

My Mitchell'* on Demand says that it in the fuse/relay block by the glove compartment bu there are about 10 relays there. Mitchells does not give a diagram of that block because it would actually be useful! I do recall when the link to the Chilton Online was still working I did see the diagram there. Stupidly I did not print it off. Anyone else grab all of the pages off of it? or print the diagram?

JR, you found one of the errors in the factory manual. I would look in the electrical diagram for the ELC control, and in the text description it should say the location.

Check in both places. Also try the third relay down on the right side under the passenger side kick panel. (Not sure if that'* the foglamps or the ELC).

Wish I could be more specific, but there is obviously an error in the service manual.

8A-42-0 tells us it is connected to two ORN wires a DK GRN and a YEL...Center of engine compartment, below RH Underhood Fuse Block....
8A-201-4A tells us Connection P101, RH side of Engine compartment, behind Strut Tower. looks like it is above the little tank thingy for the A/C

But that'* that'* for a 93....

In case anyone is searching for the relay location (like I was)...

On my 1992 SSE the relay is the fourth from the passenger side (on the firewall below the fuse box).

Yeah, I know it was an old post, but as I searched the forum to determine which relay on the firewall I needed to inspect, and found no specific answer, I decided to post the answer so someone searching as I did might find the answer.
