Default Slight vibration while car is in park?

I have a slight vibration while my car is in park. I can feel it in the steering wheel, as well as hear it.

My girlfriends Malibu has similar and alot more noticeable vibration. For her the mechanic said that the fuel injectors are going. Is this the likely culprit for me as well?

I surely hope the mechanic didn't diagnose those fuel injectors through the steering wheel. Unless it'* under warranty.

It could be about 500 different things. You need to do a full tuneup, and if it'* still there, get a scantool on it.

could be a misfire.. or a non-firing cylinder. Both of which can be one [or more] of many things.
