Harmonic Balancer cracking
i have a 1994 pontiac bonneville supercharged 3.8 V6. the harmonic balancer keeps breaking on it. What could be the problem? This is the 3rd one it broke.

Considering his description, we can assume the rubber face.
How about upping the quality? Buy an AC Delco balancer if you haven't already. They should be good for about 120k or 10 years.
