Question about Series 2 L67 swap

Ive obtained quite a bit of information, one question I didnt answered though is. Was the 1996 Bonneville SSEi'* a combination of L67 Series II and 4T60E-HD? Someone Im talking to claims this, and if this is true it will make my work a HECK of a lot easier because I wont need to swap out PCM and engine harness

Because my car is an SSEi and it has a supercharger, its just going to have a different one now... =)

ok, then there'* the problem of the engines being entirely different, the only thing they have in common is the bore and stroke. a series 1 L67 computer will never run a series 2 L67. you also have to remember, the series 2 is OBD 2, while your series 1 is OBD 1, totally not compatiable, and lots of different sensors, your OBD 1 computer woln't know wtf it'* looking at if you try and hook them up
